Terms & Conditions 


- To book an event with us we will require a £100 none refundable deposit to secure the date (we are happy to change date where possible )

  and the balance is due two days prior to set up .

- We also require a £100 damages fee at time of booking of which will be returned on collection after inspection with the client if no damages have taken place .

- You are responsible for all items at the time of hire, a damages waiver to be signed by both the client and The Bubble Pods ltd upon delivery  

- Any damages to the igloo pods or inflatable shelters that are not fixable the client is responsible for FULL cost of replacement to the bubble pods ltd 

- It's the clients responsibly to ensure the desired location is clear of all debris and is sanitary, otherwise you risk losing your booking and payment (please check website for measurements of equipment required)

- NO PETS prohibited within any of our set ups 

- NO SMOKING inside our igloos or inflatables  

- Deliveries are between 9.30am and 5.30pm ,Collections are between 9am and 3pm,

you will be given an hour window prior to delivery 


- PLEASE UNDERSTAND IN EXTREME WEATHER, like strong winds we may have to cancel your booking at short notice this is for your safety and ours 

 (You will be offered a new date to suit or a full refund )

- All children under the age of 16 years will be responsibility of the client and not The Bubble Pods ltd
